Prototype for the mobile phone app

This screen shows a pre-release version of Node, which will support the VPDRS/UPDRS modules. Here we present a means by which a person administering a questionnaire can securely log into and manipulate patient information locally and through cloud services and lastly an example clinician-administered UPDRS question.
